Paradigm Athletic Center takes great pride in producing athletes that are strong, confident individuals. PAC is the home of one of the state's top competitive programs. During the 2023-2024 Season our team won 29 State Titles, 6 Regional Titles, and 1 National Title. We believe that when athletes "TRUST THE PROCESS," champions are made and positivity prevails.

Rising Stars

Ages 4-5

Invitational Required

Young, aspiring gymnasts who show elevated levels of strength and flexibility may take part in this 90 minute, invite only, pre-team style class. Instructors will focus on developing each athlete's basics, strength and coordination.

Ages 5+

Invitational Required

Once members of the Rising Stars group master some of the necessary building blocks, and hit certain developmental milestones, they move into this 2-day-a-week Pre-Team Group. Here, athletes spend the year preparing for entry onto the competitive team.

USA Gymnastic's Xcel Program allows serious athletes the chance to be at a competitive level, without the demanding training schedule.  All athletes in Bronze through Sapphire perform routines comprised of skills that highlight their individual strengths and personality. Athletes in this program have the opportunity to compete at the State and Regional Level.
