Paradigm offers an activity and structured class for all interests and abilities. During each 8 week session athletes will get to explore their capabilities as our instructors challenge their athleticism and build their skill base.

Ages 5+ Co-ed
For 60 minutes your child will swing, climb, jump, balance and sprint their way through obstacles meant to build quickness, upper body strength and problem solving skills. Each week will present new opportunities to get stronger and faster, while having a ton of fun.
Ages 5+ Co-ed
This class is designed to focus on age appropriate agility challenges. Enjoy obstacle courses, balancing, swinging and climbing in these one hour classes.
Ages 5+ Co-ed
This class combines the acrobatics of gymnastics with the high flying tricks of Ninja. Athletes will climb, swing, and run through Ninja Obstacles for 30 minutes & learn the basics of gymnastics acrobatics on floor and tramp for the other 30 minutes. Its a match made in heaven!

Our cheer class is an hour long combination of stunting, jumps and acrobatics that will help any athlete improve their amplitude, tumbling and strength.
Ages 5+ Co-ed
Total Tumble is all about acrobatics. Athletes will focus purely on tumbling elements on our spring floors, tumble trak and trampolines. Each athlete will benefit from training new elements into our multiple pits.
Ages 5+ Co-ed
Our Advanced version of Total Tumble is for acrobats who have mastered some of the basic building blocks of tumbling and are ready for new challenges. This class involved more combination work and requires greater strength and air awareness.

PAC Play is an inclusive gymnastics program designed for our athletes 5+ who require more support throughout the class. Athletes in this program may be neuro-diverse or have other unique challenges in need of 1-on-1 support by a parent or guardian under the instruction of a qualified coach.
Ages 7+ Co-ed
Coach Tory Jeppestol designs his 90 minute fencing classes to focus on individual talents and techniques. He helps his student discover and understand their own capabilities and builds on their strengths while learning to counter their weaknesses. His students engage in physical and mental exercises which assist them in their learning experience all while maintaining a friendly and enjoyable competitive environment.
