  • What are your business hours?

    Our facility is open M-F 9:00 am - 9:00 pm

    On Saturdays and Sundays we are open 8:30-5:30.

  • How do I renew my child's class?

    Simply log into the customer portal to sign up for each session. 

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Please call us at 845-651-1000 and speak to our Customer Service Manager.

  • How do I schedule an evaluation for my child?

    You can speak to your instructor or our Customer Service Manager about scheduling a one-on-one evaulation with one of our knowledgable staff members.

  • Can my child do a Private Lesson with a Staff Member?

    Absolutely!! Chat with your instructor or the instructor you want one-on-one time with. You can work together to schedule a day and time at our front desk.

  • Do you offer Trial Classes?

    We offer Trail Classes at no charge! Call our front desk at 845-651-1000 to schedule one.
